Coaches and Managers, please pass this on to your teams

Springbank Minor Hockey understands the important role that coaches play in creating a fun and rewarding experience and in developing the hockey skills of all players. In order to maintain high levels of coaching in Springbank and to assist in the development of our coaches, we ask you to take a few minutes to complete an evaluation of the head coach and assistant coaches on your team this season. The information you submit will not directly be shared with the coaches but SMHA will provide constructive feedback based on the themes observed from the survey results. The survey results may also be used as a means to identify those coaches not suited to coaching in our hockey association.
